Due to any Reasons/Holiday, then the same will be Opened on Next Working Day. while other Terms and Conditions will Remain the Same. the Competent Authority Reserves the Right to Reject all Bids or Proposals at any Stage, Subject to Relevant Provision Bids as Per Ppra Rules 33.
