Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Accelerator Program and Strategic Technical Support to MoFEPT. The World Bank Pakistan education team is looking for a firm with strategic knowledge of the education sector in Pakistan and experience on policy analysis on out of school children in the country. The firm will facilitate the work on Accelerator Program and provide advice and data analysis on solutions to OOSC issues, including remediation, non-formal education, background analysis for analytical products. The firm and/or its staff will have extensive experience on strategic policy advice on out of school children as well as analysis on current challenges to the system such as COVID-19. It will also have the capacity to handle all logistics to organize a series of workshops with key stakeholders as part of the accelerator program, including content moderation, briefing preparation, and logistics.
