- Expression of Interest are invited for Air Community System Pakistan. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION IFC is seeking to hire a consulting firm (the Consultant) for conducting an assessment of the Air Freight Units established at all major international airports including Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Sialkot, Peshawar and Quetta besides a few smaller airports handling international flight operations. The purpose of the assignment is to conduct an assessment of the air cargo operations at Pakistan's international air freight units to identify the relevant public and private sector stakeholders forming an integral part of the airport community; identify and map relevant As-Is processes and procedures and benchmark them against recommended best practices; define and compile information requirements for harmonization/standardization and digitization of information requirements; conduct market assessment of existing solutions in the market and recommend the optimal The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
