Description : National Transmission and Despatch Company Ltd Expression of Interest (Eoi) Tender No. Arrangement of Financing Facility of Pkr 10 Billion for Evacuation of Power from Suki Kinari, Kohala. Mahl Hpp. 1. National Transmission and Despatch Company Ltd (Ntdc) a Corporate Entity Constituted on Restructuring of Wapda Invites Sealed Bids from Scheduled Commercia Banks. A+ & above Long-Term Rating as Per State Bank of Pakistan) for Financing of Rs. 10 Billion from Sole Bank or Syndicate of Banks (Single Lead Arranger) of the Captioned Project. 2. Bidding will be on the Basis of National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) through Single Stage One Envelop Procedure. 3. Banks are Required to Offer Eoi (Without Gop Guarantee) with 3 Months Kibor Plus Spread on the Following Terms & Conditions; A. Mode of Financing will be Conventional/Islamic/Both. B. Availability Period of Loan will be 15 Years Inclusive of 2 Years Grace Period. C. Arrangement Fee/Front End Fee will be Capped at 0.20% up Front of the Facility Amount. D. Legal Counsel Fee & out of Pocket Expenses will be Capped at Rs. 1,000,000/- Each. E. Shariah Advisory Fee will be Capped at Rs. 500,000/- (One Time). F. Annual Fee will be Rs. 500,000/- G. Security Described as Follows; I. 1St Pari Passu Charge Amounting Rs. 10 Billion (Including 25% Margin) over all Present and Future Fixed Assets of the Project.
