Lot 1: Hv & Ac. Lot 2: Electrical Appliances. Lot 3: Misc Items (Iron / Plastic) Scrap and Broken Chairs Etc. Lot 4: it Equipment / Tonners. Lot 5: Used Mobil Oil & Transformer Oil.. Term & Condition 1. the List of Items Included in ?Lots? can be Seen / Inspected on any Working Day (Monday to Friday) from 17 Jan 22 Till 28 Jan 22 between 10:00 am to 3:00 Pm at Comsats Wah Campus Premises. the Interested Bidders are Required to Submit Tender Documents Along with Rs 3,000/- as Security Money ,Refundable (Along with Copy of Cnic) in Shape of Pay Order /Cdr in Favor of Cui Wah Cantt to Get them Registered as Participant of Auction by 31 Jan 2022 Till 11:00 am and the Bids will be Opened at 11: 30 Hrs on same Day. 2. the Bidders will Quote Separate Price for each Lot they Apply. 3. the Highest Bidder (S) will have to Deposit 25% of the Bid Price in Cash on the Spot. in Case the Highest Bidder Fail to Deposit this Amount on Spot or Withdraws from Bid(S) , his Security Money May be Forfeited and Cui Wah Cantt May then Allow the Next Highest Bidder to Deposit 25% of the Bid on the Spot. 4. the Successful Bidder (S) will Take Away the Lots at their Cost & Management with in Three Working Days. 5. the Cui Wah Reserves the Right to Hold the ?Lot(S)? until the Next Auction if a...
