1. the Auctioning Agency Invites Firms, Companies Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for ?Auction of Hydroponically Grown Vegetables under Green Ai Project? as Specified in Request for Proposal Document. a Joint Venture Firm Shall not be Eligible to Participate in this Auction Process. 2. a Complete Set of Auction Documents, Containing Detailed Terms and Conditions, are Available for the Interested Participants at Project Management Unit (Pmu), Project Greenai Nastp, Alpha 03, Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi (If Required). Pay Order / Cash Receipt of Pkr 6,000/- as Auction Fee (Non-Refundable) is Required to Participate in Auction Process. this Auction Fee can be Deposited in Shape of Pay Order in the Name of Green Ai. 3. Auction Formalities Prepared in Accordance with Instructions in the Auction Document Must Reach at Following Address on or before 14 April, 2025 at 1030Hrs. Auction will Start on same Day 14 April, 2025 at 1100Hrs .
