Tenders are invited for Baseline Survey for a Savings Scheme Impact Evaluation in Pakistan As part of the World Bank engagement with the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP); the World Bank intends to finance an impact evaluation of a recently launched savings scheme that will encourage households to save regularly. The consulting services (“the Services”) include implementing a baseline survey in selected areas (Around 13 districts) from Punjab; KP; Sindh; Baluchistan; and federal territories. The services include but not limited to the following:The consulting firm will need to:* Undertake a full household listing exercise in selected area using a short questionnaire (up to 5 mins)* Field a household level socio-demographic survey (60-90 mins) of around 13;000 households in selected areas. * Guarantee the quality of the data; looking for missing information; inconsistencies; etc.; with some degree of confidence that the data shared with the World Bank team is of acceptable quality.
