Ltd (Ntdc) ?The Employer?, Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible Firms or Persons Licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council (Pec) in Appropriate Category through National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) Single Stage-Single Envelope (Ssse) Procedure for the Execution of Following Work for which Necessary Funds are Available: ?Soil Investigation for Upcoming 500Kv and 220Kv Grid Stations in Ntdc Ehv North Region Islamabad?. 2. the Bidder or its Jv Partner should have Experience in Execution of at Least One (01) Project of Similar Complexity in Subsoil Investigation Using Modern Techniques, Tools and Plants for Taking Soil Samples, Transportation and Testing in the Approved Laboratory Within the Last Ten (10) Years. 3. all Bids Must be Accompanied by a Bid Security of the Amount not Less than 2% of Total Bid Price in the Form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee Issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in Favor of the Employer Valid for a Period up to Twenty-Eight (28) Days Beyond the Bid Validity Date. 4.
