Description : Sealed Tenders are Invited from Reputed Firms Possessing Ntn Certificate for Cable Replacement of Telephone Exchange Installed in Dgdp Building Supporting Unify Open Scape Business X8 and X5 Pabx. Work will be Carried out in Light of Modp and Ppra Rules:- 2. Tender Documents and Specifications can be Obtained from Dgdp on Production of Following before 19 April 2024:- A. Registered Firms (1) Photocopy of Registration Letter Issued by Dgdp. (2) Original Challan Form No. 32-A for Sum of Rs. 2000/- Duly Deposited into Government Treasury in Favour of Cma (Dp), Rawalpindi Debitable to Major Head C-02501-20, Main Head -12, Sub Head -A, Miscellaneous (Code Head 1/845/30). B. Unregistered Firms (1) Attested Copy of Registration Certificate Issued by Sales Tax Department, Copy of Ntn Certificate. (2) Undertaking for Adequate Financial Capability to the Value of Tender. (3) Attested Bank Statement for Last One Year. (4) Attested Copy of Cnic of Md. (5) Trade Link between Firm and Oem (In Case of Distributor / Agent).
