Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:Better Work Pakistan (BWP) seeks to engage a consultant to support the Operations Team in ensuring the effective application of the BWP quality framework, as well as expanding BWP's reach to 30 SMEs through light interventions. The objectives of the assignment are:The consultant will:•Review assessment reports, progress reports, improvement plans, and advisory records.•Identify and address risks, quality gaps, and other issues in relation to BWP factory reporting.•Analyse data, provide structured feedback, populate a feedback tracker with findings to enable organisational learning and drive structural performance improvements for BWP operational staff.•Liaise regularly with the 30 SMEs for coordination, including sending invitations, preparing webinar materials, facilitate the webinars and capturing key takeaways from the sessions.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
