(Detail of Items are Mentioned in the Bidding Documents.) 1. the Capital Development Authority Invites Sealed Bids on Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for Procurement/ Implantation of Cochlear Implant Device for Capital Hospital on F.O.R Basis from Firms who are Well Reputed having Experience in Relevant Field, Registered with Sales Tax Department for the above Mentioned Project. 2. Bidding Documents are Available on Ppra E-Pads Portal and Shall be Purchased from the Office of Incharge Procurement, Capital Hospital G-6/2, Islamabad, during Working Hours on or before 16-04-2024 Upon Submission of Application with a Non-Refundable Amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) in Shape of Cash being Cost of the Bidding Documents. no Tender will be Sold on Opening Date. 3.
