Capital Development Authority Environment Wing Invitation to Bid the Capital Development Authority (Cda) Invites Electronic Bids from the Nurserymen Experienced in Production of Trees, Shrubs, Ground Covers, Creepers and other Ornamental Plants, Registered with Income Tax and Sates Tax Department for Licensing of Nurseries Along Service Roads of Islamabad Expressway. 2. the Cda will Select the Operator through an Open, Fair and Transparent National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) under Ppra Rule 2004, Using a Single Stage- Two Envelope Bidding Procedure and the Cda will Enter into an Agreement with the Successful Bidder(S) in Respect of each Nursery. 3. the Bidding Documents Containing Detailed Requirements, Terms and Conditions will be Available for the Registered Bidders on Epads at Www.Eprocure.Gov.Pk and Www.Ppra.Org.Pk from 05Th June, 2025.All Bids Must be Uploaded on Epads and will be Opened Publicly in the Office of Dy. D.G Environment-I, Cda, Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9) Islamabad. 4. Contract Term - the License Term is Set as One (01) Year Extendable at the Sole Discretion of the Procuring Agency. 5. Bid Security- the Bidders Shall be Required to Furnish Bid Security Equivalent to Pkr. 500,000/- for each Site Along with their Technical Proposals in the Form and Manner Specified in the Bidding Documents. 6.
