Expression of Interest are invited for Communications and Outreach Support. ISSUE DATE AND TIME: Dec 14,2023 20:14 CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Jan 02,2024 23:59 The World Bank Education Global Practice seeks the services of a technical management consultancy firm to support PIE in the following two tasks: (1) Strategic supervision to assure the successful implementation of the National Education Data Standarization Framework (DSF) with overall integration in each of the four provinces and ICT feeding into the National Open Data Portal; and (2) Planning and implementation of policy engagement events; like; (a) Dissemination of the National Achievement Test (NAT) 2023 Findings; (b) Dissemination of Pakistan Education Statistics (PES) 2022 Report and (c) Dissemination of the World Bank-s Education Public Expenditure Review (PER) and (d) dialogue and events on gender and inclusion. Under direct supervision of the World Bank Education Unit and in close coordination with PIE; the firm will be responsible for ensuring the technical; administrative and preparation of the above tasks and events. The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
