Description : Request for Proposal (Rfp) Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Allied Activities Including Verification of Contractor?S Invoices and Testing & Commissioning of Three 220 Kv D/C T/Lines Skp-Bund Road, Gatti-Bandala (Replacement of Faulty Conductor) & Bund Road-Nklp (Approx. 48 Km). 1. the Energy Demand in Pakistan is Growing Day by Day, and there is a Dire Need to Rehabilitate the Old System and to Increase its Capacity. in this Regard, Ntdc has Planned to Revamp the Existing 220 Kv Skp-Bund Road, 220 Kv Gatti-Bandala and 220 Kv Bund Road-Nklp T/Lines, in Order to Fulfill the Increasing Energy Demand of the Area. to Ensure Successful Implementation of the Project as Per Technical Specifications, the Employer Intends to Hire Consultancy Services, under Ntdc?S own Resources, for Construction Supervision and other Allied Activities of the Project. 2. Ntdc Requires the Services of Competent Local Consulting Firms (Ncb) with the Appropriate Capabilities and Experience and Meeting Pec Standard Guidelines Criteria to Execute Services who will be Selected through Quality and Cost Based Selection (Qcbs) Process and the Terms Prescribed in the Request for Proposal (Rfp) Document. 3.
