Description : Pakistan Software Export Board (Pseb) is Committed to Provide an it Enabling Environment for it Industry by Establishing Information Technology (It) Parks Throughout the Country. an it Park will be Constructed in Karachi. the Project Site Includes the Approx. Area of 06 Acres (261,182 Square Meters) and the Covered Area of Multi-Storey it Park Building will be 106,449 Square Meters. Pseb Seeks to Procure Consultancy Services for Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) of the Mentioned Project. Following are the Objectives of the Consultancy Services. 1. Development of Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) Report in Accordance with the Guidelines Set Forth by Sindh Environmental Protection Agency (Sepa). 2. Approval of Environmental Impact Assessment (Eia) from Sindh Environmental Protection Agency after Public Hearing C) Bids should be Submitted Electronically only through Epads. Manual Submission of Bids is not Allowed. D) for Registration and Training on Eapds or in Case of any Technical Difficulty in Using Epads, Prospective Bidders May Contact Ppra Team, Director Mis Room No.109, 1St Floor, Fbc Building Sector G-5/2, Islamabad.
