Details of F-TRTA can be found at https://www.adb.org/projects/55225- 001/main. The consulting firm led by an international team leader will be recruited to conduct technical project processing support for the three ensuing projects under output 2 of the TA facility. The firm will conduct technical due diligence of project key areas: (i) water resources, irrigation, and drainage, (ii) agronomy, (iii) asset management, (iv) hydraulics, (v) tunnel engineering, and (vi) strategic procurement planning. This will require review previous studies, project readiness financing (PRF) consultants- scope of services, identify gaps, prepare guidance notes for undertaking additional studies or surveys, and alternative options, and for such additional services required from PRF consultants, prepare terms of reference, budget, and work plan. The firm will provide initial, interim, and final reviews of PRF consultants deliverables, and prepare summarized version of PRF consultants reports to serve as supplementary document for ADB project processing, highlighting integrated and modernized approach and use of advanced technologies.
