Each lot will be evaluated separately, and the contract could be awarded to one or more bidders. Consultants are welcome to express their interest to provide services for one or more components. Firms are encouraged to create consortia to provide best proposals for each lot or the entire scope. Component 1 Plastic circularity - assessing possible recycling technologies or solutions that can be adopted by Engro, review feasibility and analysis of risks and opportunities and identifying policy gaps that need to be addressed for implementation of the identified plastic circularity initiatives. Component 2 Climate Change Mitigation is to conduct an assessment including building a model; defining a baseline carbon and water footprint of the future plant operations, identifying onsite and off-site innovative approaches and technologies to mitigate climate impact, and propose targets and a road map for carbon emission reduction. Component 3 Adaptation and Climate Resilience to conduct an adaptation and climate resilience assessment that will establish vulnerability and risk context, identify and assess risks and define resilience measures and identify potential gaps in consistency with broader climate resilience context.
