Bidders May Form Joint Ventures or Consortiums, with a Lead Company Submitting the Proposal, Ensuring Clear Role Definitions, Accountability, and a Legally Binding Agreement Outlining Responsibilities, Financial Commitments, and Execution Methodology. 2. a Complete Set of Bidding Documents, Containing Detailed Terms and Conditions are Available for the Interested Bidders at Project Management Unit (Pmu), Project Greenai Nastp, Alpha 03, Old Airport Road, Rawalpindi (If Required).
