Description : Procurement of Services for Development and Implementation of Port Community System Rfp No. Psw/Proc/Pcs-01/22-23 Pakistan Single Window (Psw), the Notified Operating Entity for the Psw System under Provisions of the Psw Act, 2021 and a Company Incorporated under Section 42 of Companies Act 2017 Invites Sealed Bids from Experienced Software Houses having Valid Registration with Tax and other Relevant Authorities, for Provision of Services for Development and Implementation of Port Community System (Pcs). the Bidders, or in Case of Jv at Least One Member, Must be Appearing on Active Taxpayers List Issued by the Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan at the Time of Submission of Bids. 2. Bidding Documents, Containing Detailed Terms and Conditions, Method of Procurement, Procedure for Submission of Bids, Bid Security, Bid Validity, Opening of Bids, Evaluation Criteria, Clarification / Rejection of Bids, Performance Guarantee Etc. can be Downloaded by the Interested Bidders from Https://Docs.Psw.Gov.Pk/Tenders/.
