Description : 1.Regional Head Office Nadra Sargodha Invites Offers for Auction of Condemned Items Including Misc. Technical Equipment (I.E. Computer Systems, Lcds, Printers, Scanners, Cameras, Laptops, Ups, Etc), Misc. Office Equipment (I.E. Generators, Refrigerator, Water Dispenser, Water Cooler, Acs, Fans, Stabilizers, Electric Items Etc) and Scrap (Wooden, Iron, Plastic, Toner/Drums Etc). 2.The Equipment will be Disposed off on as and where it is Basis. 3.The Equipment can be Inspected between 09:00 am to 03:00 Pm before 20Th May 2024 Except Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted Holidays in the Presence of Member Auction Committee. 4.The Competent Authority Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject any or all of the Offers as Per Rule 33 of Ppra. 5.Bidders will have to Deposit Rs. 50,000/- before Participation in Bid as Advance. Earnest Money of Successful Bidder will be Adjusted against the Bid Price of Successful Bidders. 6.Successful Bidders will have to Deposit 25% at the Spot, while 75% Within 24 Hours of Total Amount. Successful Bidders will Collect Equipment Within 2 Days. in Case to Non-Compliance Regarding Collection of Equipment, Nadra Reserve the Rights to Charge 2% of Total Amount as Demerge Charges Per Day. Nadra Also Reserve the Rights to Confiscate Advance of Rs. 50000/- in Case of Non-Adherence of Terms & Condition Regarding Auction. 7.All Applicable Govt. Taxes I.E.
