Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC), an Autonomous organization of the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from reputed national and international private sector entities, including AI & IT firms, industrial automation companies, cloud/HPC service providers, universities, R&D institutions, investors, PPP developers, and consortiums, for participation in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the Establishment, development, operation, and sustainability of a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Artificial Intelligence (AI) at PITAC Headquarters, Lahore. 2. The proposed CoE aims to support industrial modernization through applied industrial AI, smart manufacturing, robotics, data science, high-performance computing (HPC), training, R&D, consultancy, and commercialization. This EOI is issued solely for market sounding and stakeholder consultation purposes under PPRA Rules and does not constitute an RFP or tender. 3. Interested parties may propose suitable PPP models including BOT, BOO, DBFO, Joint Venture, or Hybrid arrangements or any other appropriate model. 4. EOI proposals may be submitted electronically through federal PPRA EPADS web portal http://eprocure.gov.pk before closing time & date. Manual proposals shall not be accepted. EOI proposals will be opened on the closing date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders/their representatives. 6.
