Description:
Tenders are invited for Establishment of Network for Monitoring of Weather and River Inflow Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic Weather Stations (AWS) complete in all respects, including supply of mandatory spares and tools & accessories for testing & measurement. The scope shall include training of equipment to the Purchaser-s staff in addition to the other related services like civil works i.e., preparation of foundation for erection of equipment, fencing, entrance gate with locking arrangements etc. 20 Nos. AWS Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Automatic River Level Stations (ARL) complete in all respects, including supply of mandatory spares and tools & accessories for testing & measurement. The scope shall include training of equipment to the Purchaser-s staff in addition to the other related services like civil works i.e., preparation of foundation for erection of equipment, fencing, entrance gate with locking arrangements etc. A Data Centre shall be established in Quetta as a separate Contract. Accordingly the intended equipment shall be synchronized with Data Centre through SaaS applications for data collection and management. 21 Nos. ARL . To purchase the Bidding Documents in English, eligible Bidders should: • write to the address above requesting the Bidding Documents for Contract No. HLTICB-01 for “Establishment of Network for Monitoring of Weather and River Inflow” and providing details (address, contacts, e-mail, etc.); and • pay a nonrefundable fee of PKR 10,000/- by bank voucher in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan Account No. C-03434 in the name of Project Director, BWRDSP. To obtain a softcopy of the Bidding Document, eligible Bidder should request for the same by sending an email to the address pd.bwrdsp@gmail.com. A softcopy of the Bidding Document would be sent through return email. Any alteration, modification or deletion in bidding document is not permitted. There is no requirement of paying a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- in this case.
