National Transmission and Despatcii Company Ltd Expression of Interest (Eoi) Arrangement of Running Finance Facility of Pkr 10 Billion (In Two Packages) from Local Market 1.National Transmission and Despatch Company Ltd (Ntdc) a Government Owned Public Limited Company, Incorporated in 1998 under Companies Ordinance, 1984 (Now Companies Act. 2017) to own and Operate 220 Kv and above Grid Stations and Transmission Lines in Pakistan. Ntdc Invites Sealed Bids from Scheduled Commercial Banks, Including Conventional and Islamic Banks, having A1 & above Short-Term Credit Rating as Per State Bank of Pakistan for Financing of Short-Term Running Finance, in Two Distinct Packages of Rs. 5 Billion Each, for Priority Payments and Working Capital Requirements. 2.The Proposals are Invited on the Basis of National Competitive Bidding (Ncb) through Single Stage One Envelop Procedure. 3.Financing Banks are Required to Offer Eoi /Proposals on the Following Terms and Conditions; A.The Short-Term Running Finance Facilities will be Arranged in Two Separate Packages of Rs. 5 Billion Each, with the Flexibility to Increase the Financing Limit by up to 25%. each Package Must be Distinctly Labeled as Package-I and Package-Ii. B.The Banks can Participate in One or both the Facilities of Rs. 5 Billion. C.The Requisite Facility will be Based on 3 Months Kibor Plus/Minus Spread.
