- Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is an autonomous subsidiary Organization/ body of the Ministry of Housing and Works. FGEHA intends to invite bids from ICAP, Audit Oversight Board (AOB) registered Chartered Accountant Firms, enlisted under Category (A) of the latest SBP-approved list of Chartered Accountant Firms, and have been attaining the latest satisfactory QCR rating as determined by ICAP. Documents containing Terms of Reference (TOR's) for extending Financial Audit Services, Evaluation Criteria, and a list of documents to be attached with the bids can be downloaded from e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk), PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk), and FGEHA website (www.fgeha.gov.pk) up to 19-05-2026 during office hours. The interested firms may submit Bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the Document, must be submitted on e-PADS (https://eprocure.gov.pk) through electronic means on or before 20-05-2026, latest by 11:00 AM, and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders/authorized representatives, who may choose to attend.
