Request for proposals (RFP) for appointment of consultants for data migration on GIS enterprise web base application based on technological innovation for infrastructure of LESCO.
1.Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites from eligible bidders (Individual/Joint Venture (JV)) on National competitive bidding (NCB) basis registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for following description of works in sealed bids for GIS enterprise web base application based on technological innovation for infrastructure of LESCO. Final selection will depend on capability and capacity of the firm using Quality and Cost based method (QCBS).
a.Supply, installation, configuration and customization of a state of the art GIS Enterprise.
b.Conduct field survey for mapping of complete distribution network up to consumer level
c.Mobile App with both offline and online data recording features.
d.An interface to generate the Single Line Diagram automatically from the Geospatial data and with the feature to perform the switch management digitally.
e.Survey and Data modeling of transmission & grid system within the Lahore city.
