- Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited, West Wharf, Karachi, invites Commercial as well as Technical Quotations Separately for the Supply of following items on CFR Karachi basis: File Number Description Due Date FPR-7679/03 (Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding) Welding Cable (As per KSEW Tender Enquiry specification) 05-03-2026 1. The Suppliers/Firms are informed that single stage two envelope bids are required (i) Technical Bid (ii) Commercial Bid. 2. The set of bidding documents can be purchased from Central Purchase Department, or the same can also be downloaded from KS&EW website www.karachishipyard.com.pk and PPRA Website www.ppra.org.pk. However the supplier/ contractor are to purchase the bidding documents on payment of Rs.2,000/= from Procurement Department latest by 04.03.2026 from 09:00 AM to 16:30 PM. Bidders stationed out of Karachi may obtain tender documents through courier service. 3. Suppliers / Firms are to give Quotation CFR Karachi basis. The CFR cost of items & Freight should be mentioned separately. 4. Tenders will be received at 10.00am on due date and will be opened at 11.00am on the same day in presence of the bidder-s representatives who may wish to be present. 5. The original Pro-Forma Invoice (Technical & Commercial) of the Foreign Supplier must also be attached along with relevant Pamphlets/Literature. Quotation without Pro-Forma Invoice of Principal will be rejected. 6. KSEW reserve the right to accept or reject tender.
