- Overseas Pakistanis Foundation intends to invite duly registered Insurance/Takaful Companies having rating at least A+ to participate in the process for selection of a company that can provide Group Life Insurance coverage for the employees of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation. Selection of the firm / company will be made in accordance under PPRA rules 2014 as cost and quality method. Request for Proposals (RFP) shall be issued to the short-listed prospective consultants fulfilling the following criteria on the basis of documentary evidence provided: 1. Having valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registration certificates 2. Companies providing Group Life Insurance for not less than ten (10) years. 3. Companies should be having the credit rating of “A+” from PACRA/ JCR-VIS The interested firms who fulfilled the above criteria can obtain TORs/RFP and other relevant documents from office of the Additional Director (Finance) on any working day from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm by paying Rs. 3,000/- as tender fee against cash/pay order in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation and submit bids [both Technical and Financial separately] in sealed envelopes to the address given, latest by 13th April, 2026 on or before 11:00 am and technical bid will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day.
