Firm/Consultant Required for 3Rd Party Impact Assessment of Pm Youth Laptop Scheme Phase-(Iii) the Higher Education Commission (Hec), Pakistan Invites Sealed Bids from Consultancy Firms / Consultants of Good Repute for 3Rd Party Validation/Evaluation (Impact Assessment) of Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Phase-(Iii). the Bidders (Service Providers) Must be Bodies Duly Recognised in Pakistan and be Registered with Fbr for Tax Purposes. they should have Sufficient Financial, Technical, and Human Resources to Complete the Project Within the Prescribed Time Limit on the Finalisation of a Contract. the Method of Selection will be Quality Cost Based Selection Vide Method-B of Ppra Consultancy Regulations 2010, and Procedure of Selection will be Single Stage-Two Envelope Vide Rule 36 (B) of Ppra Rules, 2004. the Price of Bidding Document is Rs.5,000/- which can be Deposited Online in Habib Bank Limited, Shalimar Branch, H-9, A/C No. Pk38habb0017427900133401 as Per Rule 23(5) of Public Procurement Rules, 2004. the Request for Proposals (Rfp) Document can Also be Downloaded from Hec (Www.Hec.Gov.Pk and Ppra Www.Ppra.Org.Pk) Websites, Free of Cost.
