Farhadullah (Assistant Director, it Division), Higher Education Commission, Sector H-9, Islamabad, from Monday to Friday during Working Hours (08:00 am to 04:00 Pm). Bidding Documents can be Downloaded from Http://Www.Hec.Gov.Pk Free of Cost. However, Interested Bidders will be Required to have a Registered Copy Purchased from Hec to Participate in the Tender Process. Price of the Bidding Documents (Rs. 2000/-) May be Deposited through Bank to Hec Finance Hbl Account No. 17427900133401.
