- Purchase of the Prequalification Document A complete set of the Prequalification documents in English can be purchased by an interested Applicant on submission of a written application to the address below, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 5,000/- (Pak Rupees Five Thousand only) or US$ 20/- (US Dollar Twenty only) from the date of publication of this Invitation for Prequalification. Payment can be made in the form of pay order or bank draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan drawn in favor of the Employer. The written application shall be accompanied by a cover letter clearly stating the company name, country of domicile and contact details Submission Details Applications for Prequalification should be delivered to the address below either by mail or by hand in clearly marked and sealed envelopes on or before 11:00 AM local time, Pakistan, UTC+05:00, on May 05, 2023 and will be opened on same date at 11:30 AM local time, Pakistan, UTC+05:30. Electronic submission via e-mail is prohibited and shall lead to disqualification. In addition to one (1) original Prequalification Application, the Applicants shall submit three (3) hard copies. The original and each copy of the Application shall be submitted along with a USB/Flash Disk, containing an electronic copy of all scanned (PDF) documents comprising the original Application, sequenced and indexed as per the original Application. Additionally, the editable file should be provided where Microsoft Excel is used. Late Applications will be rejected and returned unopened
