Description:
PAEC Foundation invites sealed bids from reputable Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and firms registered with Govt. of Pakistan and FBR (NTN/STRN) for lease of a 2-kanal plot located in PAEC Foundation Housing Project, Lahore for the establishment of a Petrol Pump on a Build & Operate basis for an initial period of 15 years, in accordance with LDA by-laws and OGRA regulations. Detailed Terms & Conditions may be downloaded free of cost from www.paecf.org.pk and www.ppra.gov.pk. Sealed Technical & Financial Proposals must reach PAEC Foundation Housing Project, Opp. Bahria Town Sector-D, Block-DD, Canal Bank Road, Lahore, on or before 02-03-2026 at 11:00 AM. PAEC Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
