- Expression of Interest are invited for Legal Consultant - KP Peshawar Hospital Project The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa - a provincial government of Pakistan - through Department of Health (DoH) intends to develop a 300-bed greenfield multispecialty tertiary care hospital in Peshawar on a design, build, finance, operate (including clinical services), maintain and transfer basis. A teaching facility is not envisioned to be included in the overall Project scope. DoH intends to appoint IFC as transaction advisor to provide PPP transaction advisory services to structure and tender the project. IFC intends to appoint a consortium of international and local legal consultant to assist in legal aspects for the development and implementation of this PPP transaction.
