P) of Medicines, Injectable, Disposables, Surgical & Consumable Items for at Least One (01) Year on Annual Running Rate Contract Basis from Well Reputed and Gst Registered Suppliers / Chemists / Pharmacies having Drug Sale License (Retailer) and a Track Record of L.P Supply to Well-Known Hospitals in Rawalpindi / Islamabad. the Local Suppliers / Chemists should Clearly Declare the Percentage (%) Discount / Rebate on Retail Prices of Said L.P Supplies to Paec General Hospital Islamabad (Pghi). the Quotation in Sealed Envelope Clearly Indicating ?Tender for the Local Purchase? should be Dropped in the Office of Admin Officer, Paec General Hospital, Islamabad on or before 13Th November, 2023 up Till 10:00Am. a Set of Tender Documents Along with Terms and Conditions can be Downloaded from Ppra Website: Www.Ppra.Org.Pk. an Amount of Rs. 2,000/- as Tender Fee Payable in the Shape of ?Pay Order / Demand Draft? in Favour of ?Head Lao, Paec General Hospital, Islamabad?
