Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (Opf), Operating under the Administrative Control of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development, Provides Various Services to Overseas Pakistanis and their Families in the Fields of Education, Housing, and Welfare. Opf is Currently Undertaking the Construction of a Multi-Storey Commercial Building Complex (Ground + 20 Stories) in Opf Housing Scheme Phase-I, Lahore, Covering a Plot Area of 8.17 Kanals with a Total Building Covered Area of 455,612 Square Feet. in this Regard, Opf Invites Expressions of Interest (Eoi) from Reputable and Experienced Marketing Firms for the Marketing, Advertising, and Sale of Commercial Units in this High-Rise Commercial Building Complex. the Detailed Eoi Document, Containing all Requirements, Terms, and Conditions, is Available on the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (Epads) at Https://Eprocure.Gov.Pk, the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (Ppra) Website at Www.Ppra.Org.Pk, and the Opf Website. Interested Firms Must Submit their Proposals Electronically through Epads on or before 24Th March 2025 at 1400 Hours Pst.
