Small & Medium Enterprises Development Authority Ministry of Industry and Production (Moip) Government of Pakistan Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) is an Autonomous Body Working under Ministry of Industries and Production (Moip), Government of Pakistan has Initiated Financial Literacy Program for Smes through Various Activities. 2. Smeda Invites Sealed Applications for Pre-Qualification of Consulting Services Providers to Develop Training Modules for Financial Literacy of Smes.
