Ft. to 2,00,000 Sq. Ft. (Fully Furnished/Semi Furnished) in the Shape of Single Premises /Adjacent Floors having Following Facilities: I. Properly Distempered/Painted and Well Maintained. Ii. Availability of Ample Parking Space for more than 250 Vehicles (150 Cars & 100 Motorbikes). Iii. Passage for Emergency Exit from the Building. Iv. Uninterrupted Dedicated 24 Hrs. Passengers Lift. V. Availability of all Necessary Utilities Including Clean Drinking Water, Electricity, Landline Telephone Connection, Etc.). Vi. Backup Power/Generator System. Vii. Hvac System. Viii.
