Description : Sealed Bids are invited from reputable firms to manage call center operations for existing NTC Call Center for Fault Management & Information System. The firms must possess relevant experience of providing Call Center Services to other government organizations / reputable private organizations in Pakistan & registered with taxation department of Pakistan as active taxpayer and also registered with relevant government authorities/ Pakistan Software Export Board for Call Center Services for subject procurement. i. Detailed Bidding Documents can be purchased on submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000/- (cash) from the office of undersigned on any working day during office hours. No documents will be sold on the date of tender submission. ii. Tender will be opened on 22nd March, 2021 at 1130 hours. Bids should reach in the office of undersigned latest by 1100 hours on same day. The bids will be opened as per schedule, in the presence of firms authorized representatives who choose to attend. Bids received after the above deadline shall not be accepted. iii.
