- The objectives and goals of this activity include developing a project management dashboard/system that works to ensure that all relevant data is collected, validated and analyzed in a timely manner to aid UNDP in planning, decision making and course correction. Development of this system will empower UNDP and decision-makers at the implementation level to have better oversight over the program. This system will initially focus on strengthening UNDP PMU-s M&E/MIS, Finance, and associated SR components for the GF grant, in order to ensure better program oversight.
