Firms should be on Active Taxpayer List (Atl) of Fbr for both Income Tax & Sales Tax Documents to this Effect Submitted Along with Bid. 2. Affidavit on Stamp Paper Regarding Non-Involvement of the Company in any Arbitration / Litigation with any Government Agency / Department nor Black Listed by Ppra. 3. Interested Parties are Required to Submit their Bid Along with 2% of the Total Tender Value as Earnest Money in the Shape of Pay Order/Bank Draft in Favor of Edb.
