- Description : Inter State Gas Systems (Pvt) Limited (Isgs) is a Company Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 with its Registered Office at 8Th Floor, Petroleum House, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. Isgs is a Subsidiary of Government Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. and Working under the Auspices of Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan. Isgs Invites Applications for Pre-Qualification of Consultancy Firms having Experience in Provision of Commercial, Transactional and Financial Services in Relation with its Gas Import & Infrastructure Projects. the Applicants can be Firms/Joint Ventures/Consortiums, both Local & Foreign. the Prequalified Firms Shall be Required to Provide Commercial, Transactional and Financial Related Consultancy Services as Specified in the Pre-Qualification (Pq) Document. the Applicants are Required to Comply with the Local Laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Order to Provide Services in Pakistan. Applicants who are not Registered with Local Authorities such as Federal Board of Revenue, Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Secp) Etc. will have to Comply with the Requirements at the Time of Submission of its Bid in Response to Rfp Issued Subsequently by Isgs.
