Tenders for the Following Works/Supply to be Issued to the Pre-Qualified Firms/Contractors are Required to be Submitted by 1130 Hours on 12 May 2025 and Shall be Opened on 12 May 2025 by 1200 Hours: A. Provision of Stationery Items B. Provision of Cleaning Material C. Provisioning of Gift Items and Souvenirs D. Provision of it Equipment E. Repair/Maintenance of Office Machinery F. Catering Services G. Event Management H. any other Service/Purchases Required. 2. Tender Documents Along with Details/Specifications of above Mentioned Item can be Obtained from Supply Officer Pn War College Lahore, at Naval Complex Walton, Askari-V, Gulberg-Iii Lahore (Tel: 051-20060220) during Office Working Hours (0900 Hrs to 1300 Hrs) Within 15 Days of Publication of Advertisement. 3. Shortlisted Firms/Contractors will have to Get Security Clearance from Respective Naval Authorities, as Per Procedure in Vogue. all Govt Taxes Shall be Deducted as Per Rule in Vogue. 4. the Contractor will Also be Required to Furnish List of Moveable & Immovable Assets, Personnel, Machinery/ Equipment, Bank Statement, General Sales Tax (Gst) Registration, Ntn Certificate Etc. 5.
