To purchase the Bidding Document in English language, eligible Bidders should: • Write to address above requesting the Bidding Document for ADB-401E-01-2023: Procurement of 500kV, 220kV & 132KV Substation Equipment for NTDC Substations • Pay a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 or USD equivalent by cashier-s cheque, pay order or demand bank draft in favor of Chief Engineer (Material Procurement & Management), NTDC, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road Lahore, Pakistan. The document may be collected in person or may be sent by express airmail for an additional fee of PKR 3,000.00 for domestic delivery or USD 150.00 for overseas delivery. No liability will be accepted for loss in transit or late delivery. 8. Deliver your bid: • to the address above in para 5; • on or before 5 May 2023 at 10:30 hours (Pakistan Standard Time) and; • together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document.
