- 1. NADRA Regional Head Office Quetta invites Technical and Financial Proposals through Electronic Bids (EPADS) from the Consultant Firms/Consultants, registered with FBR / BRA & concerned revenue Authority and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, for Engineering Consultancy Services for Designing & Detailed Supervision of Construction of 4x Buildings for NADRA Registration Center i.e Naseerabad, Sibbi, Loralai, Gulistan. The Consultant shall be hired under Least Cost Based Selection Method of Procurement for Consultancy Services Regulations 2010 of PPRA. 2. RFP Documents for interested Consultants containing details terms and conditions, qualification and evaluation criteria etc are available for registered bidders / consultants on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk 3. Proposals will be processed through “Single Stage Two Envelop Procedure”. 4. The proposal, prepared in accordance with the instruction provided in the bidding / proposal documents, the electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS on or before 31st March, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids / proposal will be opened on 31st March, 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bids / proposals will be opened on EPADS. Thereafter in public and in the presence of bidder-s representatives who chose to attend in the opening at NADRA Regional Head Office (Conference Hall-2 Ground Floor) Zarghoon Road Quetta.
