• Quotation are invited for Procurement of Power Backup System at various Heath Facilities in the districts of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan for Covid-19 Adult Vaccination Centres 1 (Option-1 Power Backup System Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Load Requirement: Provide power backup to 1x Vaccine refrigerator/ILR, 6x LED Lights, 4x Fans, 3xDesktop Computers Technical Specification: 4,000 Watt (Approximate) Line interactive with four 12Volt; 150Ah with durable/long life dry/ maintenance free batteries, fast charger. Protection: Built-in voltage control stabilizer and surge protection. UPS & Battery Rack: Yes, with lockable battery box/rack. Warranty: Three Years with on-site repair/replacement support during warranty period. Installation Services: Yes on-Site with all necessary material. No. 75 2 (Option-2) Solar Power Backup System Solar Power Backup System Complete Off-Grid Solar Power System can generate approximate 5,000 watts power and consisting of the following equipment/materials and services: Load Requirement: Provide power backup to 1x Vaccine refrigerator/ILR, 6x LED Lights, 4x Fans, 3xDesktop Computers. Technical Specifications: (a) Solar Panels: Panel Power rage from 430W to 550W, Mono Perc, Grade-A PV Panels. Warranty: From 10 Years to 25 years replacement warranty. (b) Solar Invertor: Approximate 5,000 Watts (Hybrid), Grade-A Warranty: 02 Years, replacement warranty & on-site support (c) Dry Battery bank: Consisting of 06 to 08 units of 150Ah dry maintenance free (long life) Warranty: 02 Years, replacement warranty & on-site support (d) Voltage Stabilizer: Single phase, 5,000 watts, Servo motor technology, made of 99.9% copper, wall mount with high quality mounting installation material to be connected at AC side for regulation of voltage to solar invertor. Warranty: 02 Years, replacement warranty & on-site support (e) Material and Installation: (i) Galvanized roof structure with less distance of structure legs to be fixed by using cutting & drilling into roof with chemical filling, 1Wx1H concrete pads for each leg to maximize the strength from high winds, AC/DC Power cables, No. 75 Pakistan Cables brand or equivalent for the entire project, All AC/DC cables should be in high grade PVC pipe properly clipped at minimum distance (inside and outside), All nuts/bolts should be made of SS. Power Distribution Board: Made of high quality power coated material, High quality imported 4-pole change over switch (02 Qty), Imported high quality AC & DC SPDs, Genuine Schneider or equivalent brand AC & DC power breakers to cater safety of power load up to 8,000 watts. Main Breaker (02 Qty), AC volt meter to be fixed into power DB (to monitor local grid power), designing of power DB with all necessary material and installation. All necessary works of internal wiring for distribution of solar power load and segregation from local grid to operate 1xVaccination storage refrigerator/ILR, 4xCeiling/Bracket Fans, 6xLights, 3xDesktop computers. High quality internal wirings by using Pakistan Cables or equivalent as per the requirement of electrical appliances so quote price per meter with different grades of cables including PVC pipes/channels, Clips or any other installation material to be used for internal wiring. All cable will be fixed on external wall. Condude will not be made and not used to install any respective cable/wire. Any cost pertaining to existing wire that would be required to connect or disconnect or segregate should be included in quotation/proposal. (f) Earthing: The making of earth pit by using pushing a metal pipe into the ground at the appropriate location site and filling the earthing chemical, copper wire/material in the depth to achieve 0.5 Ohm or better value through confirming the earth test meter. A earthing duct to be prepared by using fiber made cover on top of duct and outer earth cables should be connected at nearest wall in close fiber made box as junction. All outer cable should in PVC pipe duly fixed by using less distance of metal clips. (g) Delivery: Cost of delivery at site should be quoted for all materials to be used to complete installation & commissioning of solar power system. Partial delivery cost will not be considered if raise in future for the equipment and/or material proposed in quotation. In case of non-availability of point of contact at site, for any reason, any additional cost for delivery would not be considered after award. (h) Printing of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for guidelines to operate/troubleshoot the power backup system to be printed and mounted near to the invertor and specification of printing are: Poster Size: 27" x 39" (Approximate); Paper: 150 grams (Approximate); Printing: Four Colors Printing; Lamination: Yes (Matt); Framing: Wooden sheet; Mounting Clips: 2x clips for hanging purpose; Mounting at site. (i) Printing and delivery of Operations manual of solar power system: four Color printing on A4 size 150gmspapers with tape biding with art card top and back covers, Approximate number of pages would be 8 to 10. Complete System Minimum Warranty including each & every component/material/works: Three Years with onsite support and respond back within 48 hours after fault reporting/complaint. Verification of on-going & completed system: JSI's engineers/representatives will perform continuous monitoring, advising, and verify the equipment, works, material, timelines during the course of delivery and after completion of works and site commissioning.
