Description:
Tenders are invited for Project Management Consultant (PMC) / Owner-s Engineer for “Construction of Surface Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) at BRBD Canal, Lahore.” The consulting services (“the Services”) majorly include, but not limited to, the following: • Review, update and finalize concept/ preliminary engineering designs and tender documents on design-build-operate mode and assist L-WASA to carry out the complete tendering process to recruit the DBO contractor. • Review, finalize, approve and validate designs submitted by DBO contractor including all kinds of reports, estimates and drawings. • Monitoring, Procurement, Supervision, testing and commissioning of the project. • Provide assistance to L-WASA-s Project Management Unit (PMU) in the overall project management and implementation. • Supervision of overall project during the operation and maintenance (O&M) that is to be carried out by DBO contractor and provide assistance to L-WASA to ensure O&M sustainability of the plant. • Perform all the obligations as stated in FIDIC Conditions of Contract. • Assist L-WASA, in implementation of Environmental & Social Management Plans (ESMPs), Resettlement Plans (RPs) and other environmental & social reports as per AIIB guidelines Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM from Monday to Saturday and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday. The Applicant shall submit Expressions of interest (one original, two hard copies plus electronic document on Flash disk) in a sealed envelope bearing the name, address and contact of the Applicant. The EOI shall be in English language accompanied by all the supporting documents. If any original supporting document is not in English, a certified translation of the same in English shall be provided by the Applicant. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a written form to the address below (in person, or by courier by 10.11.2021 not later than 12:00 Noon (PST).
