Description : Quaid-I-Azam University (Purchase & Store Section) Tender Notice 1. Sealed Tender on Item Rate F.O.R. Quaid-I-Azam University Campus Basis is Invited from Well Reputed Firms Registered with the Sales Tax Department, have Experience to Government / Semi Government Organization for the Purchase of Air Conditions for Communication Network Cell. 2. Tender Documents can be Obtained from Office of Undersigned Till 10.10.2023 on Payment of Rs.3000/- (Through Bank Draft/Challan from University) as Tender Cost, on Working Days during Office Hours, Except Holidays on Written Request from the Firm Concern on a Letter Head of the Firm Along with Proof for Fulfilling the above Conditions (Photocopy of Registration with Govt. / Semi Government Organization and Copy of Supply Order Issued by Them). Sealed Tender Must be Submitted Along with 4% Earnest Money of the Total Cost / Value of the Tender Items Quoted by the Concerned Firm by 11.10.2023 at 10:30 am and will be Opened on the same Day at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of the University in the Presence of Suppliers / Contractors or their Authorized Agents.
