• Prequalifications are invited for Rehabilitation / Construction of Civil Works, alongwith Design Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical & Mechanical Works of Dargai Hydroelectric Power Station and Clearance of Defect Liabilities Eligibility: (i) The Applicant shall demonstrate that it has access to, or has available, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the cash flow requirements estimated as US$ 2 Million for the subject contract(s) net of the Applicants other commitments. Minimum average annual turnover of US$ 10M (Ten Million USD) for the last 5 years. A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member management contractor or subcontractor between 1st July 2011 and application submission deadline: 2 contracts, each of minimum value US$ 12 Million that have been successfully and substanitally completed and are similar to the proposed works. Out of 2 projects, one project should be substantially completed by the bidder outside their home country. The similarity shall be based on the physical size, complexity and technicity of the Works.
