Offered Building should Preferably be Located at Accessible and in General Vicinity of above Mentioned Location and not in Residential Area. 2. Offered Building should be at Ground Floor having Independent Entrance and Adequate Space for Parking. 3. all other Requirements are Detailed in Tender Documents. 4.
