- Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites proposals from eligible Consultant Firms, registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities, for conducting step by step technical cum financial feasibility study for establishment of Electrical Vehicle Technician Training Center, in line with the New Energy Vehicles Policy 2025-30. The method of selection to be adopted shall be Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS). The RFP document containing detailed requirements, Scope of work / Terms of Reference (TORs), evaluation criteria, and terms & conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA or OPF website free of cost or obtained against the cash payment of Rs. 1,000/- from the office of the undersigned on producing written request on letter head of the firm during office hours. Sealed proposals must reach the undersigned by 1100 hours on 17th February, 2026. Technical part of the proposal will be opened on the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of the consultants or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. Late and conditional proposals shall not be accepted. OPF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposal as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
