Reformation of Panel of Lawyers/Chambers/Firms

Description : National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), a statutory body constituted under the NEPRA Act, 1997 to regulate the provisions of electric power services. NEPRA intends to reformulate its Panel of Lawyers/Law Firms for rendering the legal services in different matters, including but not limited to the following: a. Constitutional and Policy related matters. b. Legislative and regulatory concept papers, proposals, documents in various fields related to electric power services. c. Review of concession documents for the projects related to electric power services, as per the NEPRA Act, 1997 amended from time to time. d. Administrative and services related matters. e. Matters before the judicial forums i.e. High Court, Supreme Court, Ombudsman, Human Rights Commission, etc. 2. NEPRA hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the interested Lawyers/Law Firms for placement on the Panel of Lawyers of NEPRA. Interested Lawyers/Law Firms may submit EOI within 14 days of the publication of this notice to the following address along with the copy of CNIC, License from concerned Bar Council.
